Simple.

➡️ Ancient Stories, History & Facts: All of our guides are history nerds, and we know how to tell the stories of Mexico City to make learning about Mexico's history FUN!

➡️ Comfortable Travel: Private transportation with AC.

➡️ Punctual and Organized: Well-planned itinerary with clear timeframes for an efficient experience.

➡️ Custom Tours: If you have a special request (want to eat at the cave restaurant, need a wheelchair, have kids, etc) we can accommodate, or recommend one of our private tours.

Where are the Teotihuacan pyramids?

Teotihuacan is located about 50 kilometers (31 miles) northeast of Mexico City. The drive takes approximately one hour, making it a perfect day trip.

An Uber alone costs around $1,000 MXN one way — and you don't get a tour. Our tours include all transportation, toll-booths, parking, and tickets, plus a full guided experience.

Do I need to buy Teotihuacan pyramid tickets in advance?

Not if you book with us! All of our Teotihuacan tours include pyramid entrance tickets — you don't need to purchase anything separately.

Is Teotihuacan safe for tourists?

Yes. Teotihuacan is a well-maintained UNESCO World Heritage Site with security staff on-site. Booking a guided tour ensures a smooth, safe, and hassle-free experience.

What should I wear for a Teotihuacan tour?

Wear comfortable walking shoes — the site is vast with uneven terrain. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and plenty of water. There is very little shade at the pyramids, so sun protection is important.

Are there food and drinks available at Teotihuacan?

Yes, there are snack vendors near the entrance — but water is more expensive inside the site. We recommend bringing your own water and light snacks, especially on warmer days.

Do you offer private Teotihuacan tours?

Yes! A private Teotihuacan tour lets you customize your itinerary and explore at your own pace with a personal certified guide. It's ideal for families with children, wheelchair users, photographers, or anyone wanting a more exclusive experience.

Do you offer hot air balloon rides at Teotihuacan?

Yes! Our Teotihuacan hot air balloon tour departs at 4-5AM for a sunrise flight over the pyramids, followed by a guided tour of the site. Everything is included: round-trip transportation, the balloon flight, pyramid entrance tickets, and breakfast after the flight.

Is the hot air balloon ride safe?

Yes. We only work with pre-vetted, certified hot air balloon pilots who conduct pre-flight safety checks and constantly inspect their equipment. No shortcuts are ever taken on safety.

What happens if the weather is bad on my balloon tour day?

If conditions are unsafe for flying, we will either reschedule you for another day or offer a full refund.
